Total Solutions Ltd is a leading ICT solutions company with operations in Kenya and Tanzania and provides solutions across the full range of the market, from SMEs to Large Multinational Enterprises through its four (4) Core Divisions namely, Fiscal Solutions, Infrastructure and Technical Services, Business Software Solutions, and Consumer Technology.

The company is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Nairobi:

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for generating revenue for the Sales Department of the Company, management of client accounts, and generating related reports.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive continuous sales growth and successfully convert sales quotes into orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals
  • Present and promote new company products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to manage and streamline debt collection from clients.
  • Compile and present reports on the current and projected status of sales.

Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales and marketing, or a related field.
  • A Minimum of 2 years work experience in IT Sales.
  • Proven Experience in retail operations.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Oriented and Attention to detail.
  • Good Problem-solving and analytical skills.
