The company is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill the following position based in Nairobi:

SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for generating revenue for the Sales Department of the Company, management of client accounts, and generating related reports.

Key Responsibilities

Sending quotations and following up on them till clients make orders.
Managing pipelines to ensure constant growth and conversion of sales quotes to orders.
Prospecting for potential leads for the company’s retail products and services.
Introducing to existing and potential clients new company products and services.
Providing customers with timely and accurate information related to quotation requirements on product specifics, pricing, order status, delivery and customer queries.
Managing the debt collection from clients in liaison with the Accounts Department.
Generating reports on the status of booked and projected sales monthly.

Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field.
A Minimum of 2 years work experience in IT Sales.
Proven Experience in retail operations.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer Oriented and Attention to detail.
Good Problem-solving and analytical skills.
