Job Vacancy – Enterprise Sales Executive


Total Solutions Ltd is a leading ICT solutions company with operations in Kenya and Tanzania and provides solutions across the full range of the market, from SMEs to Large Multinational Enterprises through its four (4) Core Divisions namely, Fiscal Solutions, Infrastructure and Technical Services, Business Software Solutions, and Consumer Technology.

Technical & Enterprise Solution

This division covers workshop services, IT infrastructure, design and deployment, cloud solutions, security solutions, unified communication, IT managed services, and structured cabling. Key partnership products include Microsoft, VMWare, HP, Lenovo Siemon, Giganet, Sophos, Metacom, Ruijie, and Fortinet.

The company is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Nairobi:


Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the incumbent will focus on generating revenue by selling the enterprise solutions listed above.

Key Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for developing and monitoring forecasts & sales plans to achieve annual company targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective accounts.
  • Carry out product demos and presentations.
  • Lead management and pipeline reporting.
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure for the division.
  • Organize and attend partner/vendor conferences and seminars.
  • Improve the existing business and development of new areas.
  • Visit clients and maintain key account relations.
  • Liaise with the design and marketing team to develop marketing materials and collateral.

Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Commerce, sales, and Marketing (with experience in IT sales
  • Must demonstrate a track record of sales experience.
  • Channel sales management and business development will be an added advantage.
  • Strict technical competency or knowledge of Cloud solutions, Networking solutions, firewalls, and IT hardware is not a pre-requisite but will be an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft Solutions, VMware, Sophos, HP, Lenovo, and Cisco will be an added advantage.
