Job Vacancy – Enterprise Business Development Executive
Total Solutions Ltd is a technology company that deals with helping enterprises run businesses by providing end-to-end technology products and solutions. The company is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Nairobi:
ENTERPRISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent will focus on generating revenue by selling of the enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing sales of enterprise solutions by undertaking SWOT analysis and driving overall targets/budgets for the enterprise department.
- Building and maintaining client relationships by offering customer service support and escalating complex client issues to the Technical Manager.
- Undertaking debt collection in conjunction with the Accounts department.
- Managing of enterprise business development opportunities and sales forecasting to ensure maintaining profit margins.
- Enhancing brand reputation by meeting current/new clients; making sales pitch to them and present company products in an enticing manner that will lead to sales.
- Planning of the workforce, job designing and analysis, managing of staff performance and conducting training and development of departmental staff.
Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
- A Bachelor`s Degree in Information Technology with a strong bias towards Business Processes (BP)
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in customer service in IT industry
- Proficiency in sales pipeline management and vendor relationship skills
- Proven experience in enterprise solutions sales
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
