Job Vacancy – Customer Service Manager
Our client in the health industry which offers medical and cosmetic treatments, is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position based in Nairobi
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
The individual will be responsible for overseeing administrative needs, serving as the first point of contact for patients, answering their questions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow to ensure quality and on-time care.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively addressing positive and negative feedback from patients.
- Organizing and overseeing patient care and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting clinic and spa activities and patient information.
- Performing back office and front office administrative duties.
- Professionally and courteously answering incoming calls.
- Responding promptly to queries received via email, text, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Keeping the front desk and waiting area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked.
- Receiving, briefing, and guiding patients upon arrival.
- Handling outpatient detail forms efficiently.
- Managing customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions within designated time limits.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 5 years prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Patient-oriented and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office programs).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
