Our client, a large upmarket mall based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill in the following position:
CREATIVE & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Marketing and Product Development Manager, the Creative & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day to day marketing activities for the marketing and product development team.
- Planning and executing all digital media campaigns – web, SEO database/mailing lists, email, social media, display campaigns
- Producing high quality trendy and engaging content for all our digital media platforms from the mall and tenants
- Developing and sourcing for content for digital platforms and engaging tenants to generate content for the mall
- Supporting marketing initiatives by producing high quality creative visual artworks
- Reporting and evaluating performance of all campaigns against set KPIs/ROIs
- Analyzing our digital media experiences on all social media platforms
- Writing copy for digital media content in all the platforms
- Copy writing and editing marketing materials
- Coordinating in-house videography and stills (photography)
Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business-related field
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of market operations
- Computer skills
