Our client Total Solutions Limited is a leading technology company that deals with helping enterprises run businesses by providing end-to-end technology products and solutions. The company is seeking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic professional to fill the following position based in Nairobi:

ArcGIS Sales Administrator

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will lead the customer acquisition process, aid in developing ArcGIS project proposals for the technical and financial functions, assist in preparing sales plans, and efficiently manage the general ArcGIS operations of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth by consistently achieving the designed individual sales targets.
  • Identifying and targeting new markets or industries to contribute to the company’s overall market share growth.
  • Selling a diverse range of software products and services according to company strategy to meet the desired revenue returns.
  • Maintaining strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and training.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies while employing competitive sales strategies.
  • Maintaining company efficiency by increasing lead conversion rates, reducing sales cycles, and optimizing available resources.

Key Qualifications and Experience  

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Surveying, Environmental Science, Information Communication Technology, Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing, Planning, Cartography, Photogrammetry, or a related field from a reputable university.
  •  Previous work experience as a sales administrator or account manager with consistently exceeding meeting sales targets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field technology sales.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with ArcGIS and other related software.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work in teams.
  • Proven record in the preparation of successful technical and financial project proposals, with working knowledge of ArcGIS, ENVI Remote Sensing, and Trimble GNSS solutions.
